When paired to yourcompatible Garmin smartwatch, HRM-Fit captures running dynamics — such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, stride length, vertical ratio and more — to help improve your form.

TRAINING VERSATILITY

Move how you choose. This monitor provides accurate heart rate data for various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes andmore.

INDOOR RUNNING

For your indoor track or treadmill sessions, this heart rate monitor transmits pace and distance to yourcompatible Garmin smartwatch, so you can get the data you need no matter where you train.

STORE AND FORWARD DATA

During workouts such as strength training and HIIT, you can start and stop an activity on yourcompatible Garmin smartwatch. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of range, HRM-Fit stores the data then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved.

ACTIVITY TRACKING

If you aren’t wearing your watch, the heart rate monitor captures steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via theGarmin Connect^{™smartphone app.}

BATTERY LIFE

Don’t worry about running out of juice. The HRM-Fit monitor gets up to 1 year of battery life.
